Joseph Crossman has practiced nursing in the operating room as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he has circulated and managed operating rooms in austere environments and established facilities alike. By necessity, Joseph has experienced first-hand the importance of the O.R. nurse in accomplishing a functional operating room. He believes the CNOR is a vital step in preparing O.R. nurses to deliver consistently effective nursing care despite various challenges presented along the way.
