What are the Indications for ZIV-AFLIBERCEPT?
- 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE ZALTRAP, in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan-(FOLFIRI), is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) that is resistant to or has progressed following an oxaliplatin-containing regimen. ZALTRAP, a vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor, in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan (FOLFIRI), is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer that is resistant to or has progressed following an oxaliplatin-containing regimen.
