  • 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE TRULANCE is indicated in adults for the treatment of: ‚Ä¢ chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC). ‚Ä¢ irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C). TRULANCE is a guanylate cyclase-C agonist indicated in adults for treatment of: ‚Ä¢ chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC). ( 1 ) ‚Ä¢ irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C). ( 1 )
