- 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE VIOKACE tablets, in combination with a proton pump inhibitor, is indicated in adults for the treatment of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency due to chronic pancreatitis or pancreatectomy. VIOKACE is a combination of porcine-derived lipases, proteases, and amylases. VIOKACE, in combination with a proton pump inhibitor, is indicated in adults for the treatment of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency due to chronic pancreatitis or pancreatectomy. ( 1 )
