- 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Oxaliplatin injection, in combination with infusional fluorouracil and leucovorin, is indicated for: • adjuvant treatment of stage III colon cancer in patients who have undergone complete resection of the primary tumor. • treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
