- 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE LIVMARLI is indicated for the treatment of cholestatic pruritus in patients with Alagille syndrome (ALGS) 1 year of age and older. LIVMARLI is an ileal bile acid transporter (IBAT) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of cholestatic pruritus in patients with Alagille syndrome (ALGS) 1 year of age and older. ( 1 )
