  • 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Labetalol HCl in Sodium Chloride Injection and Labetalol HCl in Dextrose Injection are indicated in severe hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Labetalol Hydrochloride (HCl) is a beta-adrenergic blocker. Labetalol HCl in Sodium Chloride injection and Labetalol HCl in Dextrose Injection are indicated in severe hypertension, to lower blood pressure. ( 1 )
