  • 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Locoid Lipocream is indicated for: ‚Ä¢ Relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in adults. ‚Ä¢ The topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in pediatric patients 3 months to 18 years of age. Locoid Lipocream ¬Æ is a corticosteroid indicated for: ‚Ä¢ Relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in adults. ( 1 ) ‚Ä¢ The treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients 3 months to 18 years of age. ( 1 )
