• 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE AMPYRA is indicated as a treatment to improve walking in adult patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). AMPYRA ¬Æ (dalfampridine) is a potassium channel blocker indicated to improve walking in adult patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
