• 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE MITIGARE ¬Æ (colchicine) capsules are indicated for prophylaxis of gout flares in adults. Limitations of use: The safety and effectiveness of MITIGARE ¬Æ for acute treatment of gout flares during prophylaxis has not been studied.
