• 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE BEPREVE ¬Æ (bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution) 1.5% is a histamine H 1 receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of itching associated with signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
